One of our clients has just sold its business by way of share sale.
We have acted through good times and bad over a period of many years having represented the client in its original management buyout back in 1988.
Nick Richardson attended that completion meeting arriving marginally late having driven down from London in an ageing MG! Our client being of similar “petrol head” inclinations soon became friends after the deal went through and we have represented the client through thick and thin ever since.
