Arjun Sreedaran will be joining rhw’s Family Law Team from Monday 9th April.
Arjun completed his training at a Legal 500 firm in London, where he gained extensive experience in mental health law and family law. He attained Law Society Panel Accreditation in Mental Health Law and has represented many patients before the First-Tier Tribunal (Mental Health).
Following a period post qualification within the Family department of a private practice in Surrey, Arjun is joining rhw’s Family team and practises in all areas of Family Law including:
- divorce,
- dissolution,
- matrimonial finance,
- child law,
- cohabitation,
- nuptial agreements and
- domestic violence.
