Representation at Court

We are experienced in representing clients at a range of Hearings including injunctive proceedings, financial matters and children matters. If your matter is urgent and you need to go to Court immediately, one of our team will be able to prepare the paperwork and attend Court with you.

We are also able to instruct a barrister to act on your behalf, which can sometimes be a more cost effective way of securing representation at Court. We have good relationships with different barrister’s Chambers in order to secure the most suitable barrister for you and negotiate the fees on your behalf. However we will always represent you in person if this is your preferred choice.
