Many Law and Accountancy Firms choose to deliver a service to their clients they feel they are most comfortable with within their expertise and traditional expectation. We are aware, like some Law Firms who chooses to specialise in certain sectors, that clients will often approach you about providing a helping hand with an area which you do not currently specialise in. It can be frustrating and also is a loss of potential revenue.
If that all sounds familiar to your then LawExtra can help to improve your business. LawExtra is fully compliant with all referral regulations for both the Legal and Accountancy Sectors. You will also have no risk of losing a client or having any damage caused to the existing relationship.
rhw has a reputation for providing excellent legal services across a range of areas and we want your firm to benefit from that variety, and in areas you do not already practice in or are not involved with.
The legal services available under LawExtra are as follows:-
- Dispute Resolution (commercial and private individuals)
- Family
- Company / Commercial
- Commercial Property & Residential Property
- Employment
- Private Client (Probate, Wills, Trusts, EPAs and LPAs).
Your specialist legal or accountancy practice even with an in-house legal team, may not offer one or more of these services, and when your clients require assistance in these areas, you will know the importance of directing them to the right place, while maintaining your long term relationships with them.
LawExtra works in a very simple way:
We invite you to refer clients to us who require any of the legal services referred to above. In exchange, we will pay you 10% plus VAT of our total paid fees arising from the matter referred to us. We will then refer the client back to you if they inform us they require any other type of legal service. LawExtra is not available for contentious legal services involving personal injury.
In order to comply with section 56 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 LawExtra is not available for contentious legal services involving personal injury.
