rhw ‘App’ User Guide
So, you’ve just heard that rhw solicitors have launched a brand spanking new app? You want it and why wouldn’t you?
First things first, you will need to download the app either from the App store for iPhone or from Google Play (or from the bottom of this user guide) – just search ‘rhw solicitors’ and press the install button. This shouldn’t take too long, I suggest making a quick cup of tea that you can enjoy whilst getting to grips with the app. Once the app has downloaded, it’s time to rock and roll!
Getting started:
I want to (click!) on something!
Click ‘Contact’ – this handy tool will allow you to reach us directly via the push of a button.Call us, e-mail us, check out our new website for snippets of legal advice or find us on Google Maps – very useful if you don’t know where you are!
Click ‘Messages’ – this feature is a smart way to keep up to date with rhw activities. The firm can send quick, short pop ups that will be assist with frequent legal issues or talk about the firm’s recent community and charity events.
Click ‘Photo’ – now, this clever device is truly remarkable and extremely useful in situations that we all hope to never be in. What do we mean? Well…..
Take this as an example: you’re driving to work in the morning during rush hour, singing a bit too loud (how else are you going to keep your spirits up on the commute?!), and then BOOM…someone has driven into the back of you. Oh..great!
In these situations, we always seem to get into a state of shock and forget the most essential things to do. One thing you should remember is, not only to take down the other party’s details, but to also gather your evidence. Hello rhw app! Take a picture using this feature on our app and send it to us – we can use this to help your case or just look after it as an unbiased party. It really is just for your benefit, so use it to its full potential.
Click ‘Services’ – take a quick look at the services we provide as a firm to see if we can help you.
Click ‘QR Scan’ – this is possibly the best feature on the app. It is purely for your own benefit – no strings attached! We’ve all seen these random barcodes floating around us, whether they’re on cereal boxes, adverts in the train station, in magazines they are a simple way to get information quickly and hassle-free. The rhw app has a fully integrated QR scanner that also saves everything you have scanned – amazing, right?
Click ‘Voice’ – Again, this feature is very useful when you’re in a stressful situation without time to sit down and compile a long e-mail to us. Just click ‘Record’ and say what you need to say, or even record what someone else is saying to you, then send it directly to us and we will get back to you.
Click ‘Notes’ – exactly what it says on the box. Make lists, upon lists, upon lists. Then, after you’ve made those lists, go back to them, amend them, e-mail them or just delete them when you’re done. Simple.
Click ‘Team’ – meet the rhw team of solicitors, check out what they specialise in and feel free to get in contact with any of them to see if they can help you.
Click ‘Tell Friend’ – we would like you to share this useful app with your friends and family, even if they’re not rhw clients. There are many different ways to share this, all via a click of a button. After all, sharing is caring.
Click ‘Newsletter’ – here you can sign up for the rhw newsletter detailing recent news and events that are hitting our screens.
Click ‘News’ – find out the latest goings-on from the rhw team, see what has been happening socially and legally – a fantastic way to keep up to date.
Click ‘LinkedIn’ – the professional Facebook. Connect with us to expand your network. This is the new way to get professional!
And that’s a ‘wrapp’. Hopefully, you will now be able to use each and every feature on the brand new rhw app, designed especially for you!
If you have any problems or further questions about how to use the app, please don’t hesitate to get in touch – just go to the ‘Contact’ section!!
rhw solicitors hope you enjoy this gift and fully benefit from its features. It’s now time to get ‘appy! ( sorry for that!)
