Mediation

When positions within a dispute – be it with supplier, client or employee – become entrenched it is often advisable to seek the intervention of a neutral 3rd party to act as a mediator.

Involvement in the mediation process should be voluntary and the 3rd party should be impartial to avoid any conflict of interest that could have an impact on their ability to mediate effectively.

Unless agreed by all parties the conclusion and recommendation of the mediating party is not normally legally binding, they do offer a viable alternative to legal proceedings and rhw solicitors Dispute Resolution team have the experience to act as mediators in all types of commercial disputes.
