Sarah Twigger-Thompson trained and qualified with a leading South Coast law firm in 2005. She then moved to London where she worked as an in-house solicitor for an P&I Club (Protection & Indemnity), giving her the unique perspective of being both a client and a legal adviser. As a result Sarah is very aware of what clients expect from their legal advisers.
Following the arrival of her two children, Sarah moved to a boutique employment law firm in Guildford so she could work closer to home. Sarah has now joined rhw solicitors and provides employment legal advice to both employers and employees on a range of matters, including advising on Settlement Agreements; the enforceability of Restrictive Covenants; Discrimination claims, and Contract and Handbook reviews.
Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and making things – preferably without her children’s help! Sarah also enjoys sailing, watching rugby and horse riding.
