LawExtra operates very simply:-
We invite you to refer clients to us who require advice and representation in connection with a contentious matter. In exchange, you will be paid a fee equal to 10% of the profit costs billed and paid, plus VAT, arising out of the contentious instruction referred to us. We will then refer the client back to you if they inform us they require non-contentious legal services.
In order to comply with section 56 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 LawExtra is not available for contentious legal services involving personal injury.
