A much missed member of rhw has returned in the shape of family lawyer Samantha Jago. Samantha joined the firm in April 2008 and has been a lively addition ever since.
Samantha has considerable experience in all areas of family law to include prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, divorce (including disputes over jurisdiction), CSA appeals, cohabitation disputes, civil partnerships, children matters, injunctions and resolving financial matters arising from the breakdown of a relationship. She is a member of Resolution and her friendly yet assertive nature reassures clients from the outset that their case will be expertly handled.
