About Martyn Whiteman

Martyn qualified in London in 1970 and shortly afterwards moved to Manchester where he joined a commercial practice specialising in corporate insolvency work. Within a few years he returned to Surrey and set up his own practice in Guildford. Subsequently the firm merged with a London practice that had relocated to Guildford and Martyn became Senior Partner in 1997. Martyn moved into a consultancy role in November 2014. He advises small to medium-sized businesses. Martyn lectures and writes regularly in the dental press.

He is a founder member of the Association of Service Providers to Dentists. His previous experience of managing a growing legal practice adds value to the practical advice he provides his clients.

Alongside his experience with the dental sector, Martyn has wide experience of helping Veterinary Practices both locally and across the UK.

Martyn is married with four children. He sails and enjoys long distance walking. For relaxation he enjoys reading, music and art.
