Many people return to the workplace (or to home working) this week. This can always be a bit of a nasty shock to the system, as the option to have a sweet sherry and mince pie at 11.00am is rapidly replaced by strong coffee and a three hour zoom meeting with various colleagues to work out what needs to be done for the rest of January!
However, failed resolutions aside, January is a genuinely useful time to have a proper reset of business and personal goals. Even if you don’t intend to put your intentions into action until February or March, you can achieve a lot of things by goal setting and doing the preparation that needs to be done during January.
