Representation at Court
At rhw we are not only able to provide you with family law advice but also can represent you at Court.
We are experienced in representing clients at a range of Hearings including injunctive proceedings, financial matters and children matters. If your matter is urgent and you need to go to Court immediately one of our team will be able to prepare the paperwork and attend Court with you.
We have knowledge of the local Courts to include the staff and Judges assisting clients in ensuring their matter is progressed.
We are also able to instruct a barrister to act on your behalf, which can sometimes be a more cost effective way of securing representation at Court however we will always represent you in person if this is your preferred choice. We have good relationships with different barrister Chambers in order to secure the most suitable barrister for you and negotiate the fees on your behalf.
