Catherine deals with sales, purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold property. Catherine also acts for first time buyers in connection with part ownership and shared ownership properties and deals with buy to let transactions and transfers of equity.

- We will assist you to synchronise exchange of contracts on related sale and purchase transactions.
- We will advise you on the various complications which can arise during the course of a move: flying freehold problems for example or undertakings for access prior to completion.
- We have a wealth of experience in dealing with leasehold issues such as lease extensions and Deeds of Variation.
- We deal with all aspects of mortgage finance involved in moving home: new mortgage offers, re mortgages and mortgage redemptions
- Joint ownership: we will advise you on the various methods of owning property jointly and will draw up a Declaration of Trust where this is appropriate
- We prepare the Stamp Duty Land Transaction Return Form for submission to HM Revenue & Customs and we deal with applications to HM Land Registry on completion of a property transaction.
