Mediation is the resolution of disputes by a mediator who is not the agent of the parties in dispute, but a neutral facilitator who can help the parties agree on the issues and bridge them.
Courts are more and more frequently requiring parties to try mediation before allowing them to proceed with their law suits - so mediation is becoming commonplace.
It can work very well, but of course does not work if there is no real will to make it work.
Martyn Whiteman and John Britten are Accredited Mediators, and can talk it through with you to see if they could help.
Our clients say...
"Thanks again for all your advice and guidance, and for the very clear way you explained everything. "
